Kayah Earthrights Action Network is a nonprofit organization working on human rights and environmental rights issues in Karenni (Kayah) State for communities to enjoy their human rights, achieve social justice and sustainable environments.

Kayah Earthrights Action Network (KEAN) empowers local people with both the knowledge and the skills to protect their rights. KEAN trains the following groups; village leaders, representatives, villagers, government departments, other partners/ CSOs, Youth and Women.
